Board Members

The Board that manage and oversee Aquinas Academy (ISA Inc.) is made up of professionals in finance, education and business.  

 

MRS. PATTI HUNDT

Patricia Hundt serves as the board secretary of ISA inc./Aquinas Academy.  Patti and her late husband Paul Hundt were instrumental in the original founding of Aquinas Academy in 1991, and has been a major benefactor, board member and sustainer of the institution ever since.  She is a native of Havertown, Pennsylvania and her professional background is in nursing.  She is the mother of two children, both of whom are graduates of Aquinas Academy.  Patti lives in Elm Grove. 

 

 

MR. PETER HUNDT

Peter A. Hundt is the interim chairman of the board of ISA inc./Aquinas Academy.  He is the president of Hundt Financial Services, Inc., a financial advisory firm located in Brookfield WI, as well as the managing director of Hundt Properties, a property development company that owns and operates multi-family apartment buildings in western Wisconsin.  Peter is a former US Army Reserve officer and graduate of Thomas Aquinas College, California.  He and his wife Ashley have six children, all of whom are either Aquinas Academy alumni or current students, and lives in Elm Grove.

 

 

MR. RICK FESSENBECKER

Rick Fessenbecker is the managing director and founding member of Northwoods, a Digital Agency serving clients nationally from its Shorewood Wisconsin headquarters.  Rick had two daughters attend Aquinas Academy and has been an ISA board member since 2015 eventually taking the lead as our head of our operations committee in 2016.  Previous to the founding of Northwoods, Rick had a successful career in non profit management and has a keen sense for organizational management and team building.   Rick is an active member of St. Eugene parish. 

 

 

MR. PETER ERICKSEN

Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Best Version Media, an international media company specializing in local community magazines; Co-Founder of Decided Excellence Catholic Media, one of the largest private Catholic publishing companies in the world; and was a Co-Founder of Lighthouse Catholic Media, building it to distribute over 1 million CDs & books annually in over 110 countries. He also owns Apricity Management, a venture capital and advisory company. Pete was also the recipient of the Citizen Award of Valor, the highest-ranking civilian award, given by Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke. He is a bestselling author of I Choose God: Stories From Young Catholics and Know Mary, Know JesusHe and his wife Julie have five children, four whom attend Aquinas Academy, and has served on the Board since 2015.

 

 

MR. LYLE LANDOWSKI

President/CEO – Colliers International | Wisconsin, the state’s largest full service commercial real estate firm. Personal: Married to May, and father of six current Aquinas students K4 – 8th Grade (Faith, Mena, Julia, Luke, Leo & Emilia).  Our family was blessed to transfer into the school when our oldest (Faith) was only a couple weeks into kindergarten.  The school and community has been an incredible blessing to our entire family, consummating in our own conversion to the Catholic Faith. 

 

 

MRS. SARAH FETTIG

Sarah is married to Steve, and together they have four children, three of whom are current Aquinas students. Prior to staying home to raise their children, Sarah worked for many years in the private sector as a consultant in various areas including publishing, communications, marketing, and recruiting. Sarah is passionate about Catholic, faith-based classical education, and feels grateful for the opportunity to be actively involved in her children’s schools. 

 

 

MR. TIM DONDLINGER

Tim is COO of Imaging Biometrics, a firm that writes software used in the diagnosis and monitoring of brain cancer. He's been a university instructor, computer store founder and operator, consultant, and bank CFO. Tim has served on the boards of a variety of organizations, both for- and non-profit, and sat on the Waukesha County Board for six years, including a two-year stint as the chairman of the Health and Human Services committee during the COVID-19 pandemic. He is currently the board treasurer of several non-profits, one of which is Trustee-Treasurer at his parish. He and his wife Mary have three children, all of whom attended Aquinas Academy from K3 through 8th grade.
