Tuition, Fees & Assistance

Rooted in the Catholic Tradition, we believe that each child is created in the image and likeness of God with unique talents, gifts, and a special vocation. Our mission is to cooperate with parents in forming our students to master a rigorous curriculum, to appreciate the value of hard work, and to live in keeping with the Catholic Faith.

Aquinas Academy is an independent Catholic school currently serving K3 – 8th grade.  We do not receive any government subsidies or parish support. At the same time, we are keenly aware of the financial sacrifices required to provide an outstanding Catholic education for your children. Thus, we work hard to keep tuition affordable in order to make an Aquinas education accessible to as many families as possible.

If you wish to review tuition details, student fees, and payment options, please contact Mrs. Kristin Heppe by email at kheppe@aquinasacademy.com or phone 262-502-1540.

Multiple Student Discount

Families who have more than two children enrolled at Aquinas Academy receive discounts. When calculating discounts, the children are considered in order from highest to lowest grade.  Discounts do not apply if tuition assistance is granted or to non-tuition fees (e.g. hot lunch, field trips, student fees, etc.). The first and second children of the same family pay full tuition.  The third and fourth children receive a 15% and a 50% tuition discount respectively. Additional children pay no tuition.

Tuition Assistance

Aquinas Academy recognizes that a private education is a significant investment for families. As long as seats are open in a classroom, Aquinas Academy remains committed to helping families enroll their children. Accordingly, the school offers a tuition assistance program intended to help families who demonstrate financial need. The tuition assistance deadline is April 1st, 2015.  Families who qualify for tuition assistance are not eligible for payment option discounts or multiple child discounts. There is no tuition assistance, at this time, for international students or pre-K3 students.

International Students

Aquinas Academy invites students from other countries to enroll and participate in our loving and safe environment. As brothers and sisters in Christ, our international students extend our classroom learning environment and give our students the opportunity to learn new cultures as well as establish life-long friendships. During the enrollment process, host families will be identified for our guests. The host families further enhance the overall cultural experience and are critical in enhancing our international students’ experience.
